OB/GYN RN or LPN Phone Triage

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced RN/ LPN/ Outpatient Care and Triage Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide phone triage and direct in-office care of our obstetrical and gynecological patients. You need excellent computer, organizational, communication and relational skills to adapt to the changing needs of a large and busy practice. Must have the willingness and ability to travel to our offices in Beverly, Danvers and Gloucester, and to occasionally work until 8 pm and/or Saturday mornings in Beverly if needed. Medical Assistant I, II, III

We are currently seeking an experienced Certified or Non-Certified Medical Assistant Level I, II, or III to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or physician. Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Director, the Medical Assistant is responsible for rooming patients, obtaining chief complaint and appropriate vitals, assisting the physicians with procedures, administering injections, entering lab, ultrasound, and other orders, and coordinating and scheduling patient tests with hospitals or other offices. Patient Services Coordinator I, II, III

We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Patient Services Coordinator who possesses the ability to communicate effectively with our patients. The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. This person arranges for efficient and orderly checking in and out of patients, registering patients in the computer ensuring that accurate information is collected and patients are made aware of office policies. Additionally, this person schedules all appointments, collects payments, enters charges, and issues receipts.
