At every stage of your health journey we strive to make your health care accessible, personalized, and thorough. For your convenience we offer weekday, evening, and weekend appointments. Your care team can be reached online through MyLaheyChart or by phone for time sensitive questions. Women who are in labor or who have ugent gynecologic needs can speak with a provider 24 hours a day. From adolescence when the body is transitioning into maturity to the need for a personalized contraception solution or infertility guidance to prenatal care and finally menopause, Essex County OB/GYN is extremely experienced in treating all Women’s Health-related conditions and meeting one’s individual needs with personalized, expert care.
Teens can visit an OB/GYN for help with managing periods or contraception.
Twenties & Thirties
We recommend an annual checkup for cervical and sexual health, birth control, and fertility guidance.
Annual checkups & testing are encouraged for this age. Monitor the transition from childbearing years to perimenopause & menopause.
Menopause & Beyond
Menopausal and postmenopausal women should have routine gynecological checkups and PAP smears.
