Teens can visit an OB/GYN for help with managing periods or contraception.

Twenties & Thirties

We recommend an annual checkup for cervical and sexual health, birth control, and fertility guidance.

Annual checkups & testing are encouraged for this age. Monitor the transition from childbearing years to perimenopause & menopause.

Menopause & Beyond

Menopausal and postmenopausal women should have routine gynecological checkups and PAP smears.
