Meet Enza
Enza Lilley was born in Baltimore and raised in Fallston, MD. After 22 years of military life, she now resides the in North Shore area of Massachusetts with her husband and three sons. She graduated from Fallston High School in 1985 and the Medix School in 1986, earning a certification in medical assisting. She is a DONA-trained doula and a childbirth educator through Birthing Naturally Christian Childbirth. Enza continuously attends seminars and conferences to help her stay connected and educated in the birth world!
When she’s not attending births, Enza enjoys the sound of ocean waves, sipping Mochas, doing crossword puzzles, eating popcorn, and holding hands with her husband while sitting in front of a crackling fire. She prefers sweater weather, watching the snow fall, mountain views, and playing a game of Scrabble. She most enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Enza provides personalized care based on the belief that her client’s needs are of the utmost importance. She is committed to meeting those needs and as a result, a high percentage of her clients are from repeat clients and referrals.
Enza’s comprehensive support services for expecting mothers include:
- A no-obligation interview in a public venue, such as a coffee shop
- Two prenatal meetings
- A written birth plan customized according to your desires
- 24-hour phone and e-mail support
- On-call status two weeks prior to your due date
- Continuous support throughout labor, delivery, and initial postpartum period
- Two postpartum meetings
- Backup doula coverage
- A doula comfort bag with various birthing aids, resources, and any other items deemed essential for you to achieve the perfect birthing experience
- Access to Enza’s library of books and videos
- Breastfeeding support
Additionally, Enza conducts childbirth education classes covering various aspects of childbirth and postpartum care.
Childbirth Education Classes
In addition to doula services, Enza conducts childbirth education classes covering various aspects of childbirth including:
- Labor/Delivery
- Comfort measure
- Baby care
- Breastfeeding
- Postpartum care
The classes can be held in Enza’s home or your home and are a hands-on experience whenever possible. They can be catered to your time and availability. Please note there is a separate fee for this class.
