Professional Specialties/Passions
I care for people across many areas of reproductive health, with special interests in supporting patients during pregnancy, substance use disorder in pregnancy, trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health, family planning and abortion care, LGBTQIA+ health, sexual health, and global health. I believe every patient deserves care that meets them where they are—without judgment—and I work hard to make sure no one feels dismissed or unheard. My goal is to offer clear, evidence-based guidance so you can make the decisions that feel right for you. I provide care in both English and Spanish.
Personal Points
Why do you love what you do?
It’s a privilege to be trusted during some of the most personal and vulnerable times in someone’s life. I know that many people come to OB/GYN care carrying past pain or disappointment, and I take that very seriously. My priority is to create a space where you can speak openly, be truly listened to, and feel safe. When I can help a patient feel respected, understood, and confident in their choices, that’s when I know I’ve done my job.
Why did you choose Essex County OB/GYN?
I joined this practice because the team genuinely cares about people—not just as patients, but as whole human beings. Everyone here is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care while also supporting one another so we can show up fully for the people we serve. It’s a place where teamwork and kindness guide the way.
